About Us

Who We Are

  •  West Scenic Acres is a non-profit Housing Co-operative completed in 1991. We are a 3 storey, 41 suite apartment block with 2  and 3 bedroom suites. 9 of our suites are fully accessible for the disabled. This includes underground parking, 2 elevators, fridge, stove, dishwasher, laundry rooms  on all 3 floors, security cameras, key-less entrance system, on site personnel, cleaners 3 days a week, front patio, and member meeting room.
  • We also hold functions throughout the year, Stampede breakfast, Christmas dinner, and other functions can be arranged through the office. Functions can be held in meeting room such as kids birthdays, retirement parties, and any other celebrations you require.
  • We believe in a positive atmosphere for all. 
  • From time to time we ask for volunteers to help out around the building and for events. (This is NOT mandatory).

2 Bedroom suites approximately 795 square feet                   $1120/month


3 Bedroom suites approximately 974 square feet                   $1170/month


2 Bedroom adapted suites approximately 944 square feet     $1150/month


2 Bedroom adapted suites approximately 1094 square feet   $1180/month


3 Bedroom adapted suites approximately 1149 square feet   $1210/month



The above housing charges include Heat, Water, and Sewer.

What You Require

A $30.00 fee is required to process your application, you will find a link

 for the application below. If application is accepted you then will need

 $2500.00/member shares, to be paid before move in date. (payment

 arrangements may be made if discussed with West Scenic Acres). Upon

 move in  your responsible for electricity, cable, and telephone.
